ASG Grading Stamps On-Site in Hong Kong in December

Authenticated Stamp Guaranty® (ASG®) will conduct on-site grading of stamps at the office of NGC Hong Kong Ltd. (NGC Hong Kong) from December 13-27, 2023. This is ASG’s second on-site grading event in Hong Kong, during which ASG’s full expert and impartial authentication, grading and encapsulation services will be offered on location with an extremely fast turnaround time.

Submissions for on-site grading must be received by ASG's Hong Kong office by 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. Submissions can be made in person (by appointment only) or by mail to ASG’s Hong Kong office. Please write "HK OS" on the shipping label or the outside of the shipping box to ensure that the submission is graded during the on-site event. Submissions can also be made at NGC Hong Kong’s booth (A5-A8) at the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF) from December 11 until 12:00 p.m. on December 13, 2023.

NGC Hong Kong will endeavor to have all stamps submitted for this event completed and ready for pick-up or return shipment starting Wednesday, December 27, 2023.

Preparing your Submission

The ASG On-site Grading Event will be held at the office of NGC Hong Kong, ASG’s affiliate in Hong Kong, China.

The following stamps will be accepted at this event:

• all vintage and modern stamps from Mainland China
• all stamps from Hong Kong and Macau issued from 1970 to present
• all stamps from the rest of Asia issued from 2000 to present

Stamps must fit into the regular ASG holder or the ASG Oversize Holder. Sheets, postcards and covers will NOT be accepted. For a list of ASG holder sizes, click here.

Submissions will be accepted from paid Collector members and Authorized Dealers with ASG, NGC or PMG. Submissions must be made using the ASG Hong Kong Submission Form. To download and fill out the form, click here.

Fees for on-site grading

For faster processing, collectors and dealers must pay at the time of submission. If payment is not made at the time of submission, stamps can be returned at the time of completion IF the customer provides proof that they have paid.
