ASG Grading Stamps On-site in Hong Kong in June

ASG will conduct on-site grading of stamps at the office of Certified Collectibles Group – International Hong Kong Limited from June 24-27, 2026. With on-site grading, ASG provides its full expert and impartial authentication, grading and encapsulation services on location with an extremely fast turnaround time.

Submissions for on-site grading must be made by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, for pick up or return shipment starting Monday, June 29, 2026. On-site grading submissions may be made at the following locations:

• For drop-off at the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF), submissions can be made at ASG’s booth (A5-A8) from Friday, June 19, 2026, until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2026
• For submissions by mail, packages must be delivered to ASG’s Hong Kong office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026.
• For drop-off in-person, submissions must be made to ASG's Hong Kong office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Please write "ASG HK OS" on the shipping label or on the outside of the shipping box for all on-site grading submissions to ensure that the submission is graded during the on-site event.

The Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair is one of the world's leading numismatic showcases, featuring a wide variety of coins and currency for sale. The event features dozens of exhibitors and draws collectors and dealers from around the world. The June 19-21, 2026, event is being held at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile.

Preparing your Submission

The ASG On-site Grading Event will be held at the office of Certified Collectibles Group Hong Kong, ASG’s affiliate in Hong Kong, China.

The following stamps will be accepted at this event:

• all vintage and modern stamps from Mainland China
• all stamps from Hong Kong and Macau issued from 1970 to present
• all stamps from the rest of Asia issued from 2000 to present

Additional stamp types are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Contact Customer Service with details to confirm eligibility.

ASG will accept direct submissions of stamps that fit into the regular ASG holder, the ASG Oversize Holder or the ASG Slim Holder. Submissions for the ASG Midsize Holder or the ASG Sheet Holder must be made through one of the ASG Authorized Dealers listed below. Postcards and covers will NOT be accepted. Fees for on-site grading

For faster processing, collectors and dealers must pay by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of submission. If payment is not made at the time of submission, stamps can be returned at the time of completion IF the submitter provides proof that they have paid.
