NGC Evaluations

  • Augusto Liu, NGC Senior Grading Finalizer and Director of Grading in Shanghai, will be conducting free evaluations of world vintage coins as well as vintage Chinese coins.
  • Evaluations will be provided on October 31 (Friday) and November 1 (Saturday) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the CCG Shanghai booth.

  • Jerry Lin, NGC Senior Grading Finalizer, will be conducting free evaluations of modern world coins struck 1965 to present, including the Chairman Mao Badge, modern Chinese gold and silver coins and modern Chinese circulating coins.
  • Evaluations will be provided on October 31 (Friday) and November 1 (Saturday) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the CCG Shanghai booth.

To ensure that we help as many people as possible, there is a limit of 5 coins per person for the free evaluations. Evaluations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Because evaluations are performed in a show environment, as opposed to our standard grading environment (with proper lighting conditions and facilities), all opinions should be used only as a guide. The grading opinion may change after the coins are submitted and evaluated at our office.
